Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

We built WiseReply with privacy in mind. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. No legal jargon.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. We do not collect, store, or log the emails or messages you paste into WiseReply. Your input is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply and is not retained after that.

How we use your data

Your email is used to manage your account and send essential communications like password resets. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

AI and your inputs

Text you enter to generate replies is processed by our AI provider in real time. It is not stored on our servers or used to train any model. Once a reply is generated, the input is discarded.

Saved replies

If you choose to save a reply, only the generated output is stored, not your original input. You can delete saved replies at any time from your account.

Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (to keep you logged in). We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.

Third-party services

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Paddle for payments, and Groq for AI generation. Each provider has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary with each.

Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within minutes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or update it at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR.
