Using WiseReply
WiseReply is a tool to help you write replies faster. By using it, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You may not use WiseReply to generate spam, harass others, or produce harmful content.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes 5 replies per day. The Pro plan offers unlimited replies and additional features. Plan limits are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed securely through Paddle.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with WiseReply within 7 days of upgrading to Pro, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed but we will always try to be fair.
AI-generated content
Replies generated by WiseReply are suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding what to send. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from replies generated by our tool.
Intellectual property
WiseReply and its code, design, and brand are owned by us. Replies you generate are yours to use however you like. We do not claim ownership over any content you create using WiseReply.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email. Continued use of WiseReply after changes constitutes acceptance.
