Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plan purchases. If you're not satisfied with WiseReply within 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Who is eligible
You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refunds apply to both monthly and yearly Pro plans. If you have previously received a refund from us, you may not be eligible for another.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@wisereply.site with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Include the email address you used to sign up. We'll process your refund within 2 business days and you'll receive a confirmation email.
What happens after a refund
Once your refund is processed, your account will revert to the Free plan immediately. You'll still be able to use WiseReply with the free tier limits. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewals
The 7-day guarantee applies to each new billing cycle. If you were charged for a renewal and contact us within 7 days of that charge, we'll refund the renewal amount.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase and refund cycles. We also cannot issue refunds after the 7-day window has passed.
